Nana’s Chicken Soup

I am missing my mum so much at the moment, we haven’t seen her or my dad in ages and I can’t remember the last time that I hugged them. So today I made her chicken soup. She used to make this for me whenever I wasn’t feeling myself, so it is basically a hug in a bowl. Which at the moment has to be the next best thing.

This is great to cook the next day after you have had a roast chicken the day before – we usually have this on a Monday.
