Happy Sunday everyone … it is still the Easter holidays here in the UK and the older boys have gone to stay with their dad for the whole of next week. So Mike and I are taking advantage of this and trying out some new recipes. If they are a success the recipes will follow on the blog. ?

Tuesday: Butternut squash and rocket salad with harissa chicken
Wednesday: Sweet And sticky duck legs in plum sauce with sweet potato home fries.
Thursday: Mushroom curry with homemade onion bhajis
Friday: No cook Friday
Saturday: Vegetarian and dairy free lasagne with salad
Sunday: Slowcooker lamb with carrot and swede mash and roast parsnips
