I am writing this whilst munching my way through a vegan choccy egg … it is good ?
Anyway enough about chocolate (I’m sure you are all sick of the sight of the stuff by now!) … here is what we will be eating next week.
Monday: Pepperoni Potatoes with Dairy-Free Chicken Kievs
Tuesday: Pesto Cod with potato wedges
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Potato and Spinach Korma
Thursday: Chicken Katsu Curry
Friday: No-Cook Friday
Saturday: Date Night Prawns
Sunday: Slow Cooker Somerset Pork (recipe to follow)
