Tuna and Olive Pate | Perfect Lunch for One!

As part of my Project Pick Me Up I am making a massive effort to nourish myself better. This recipe tastes lush and is a fab lunch option!
Serves 1
You will need:
- 1 tin of tuna (drained)
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 small handful of tarragon
- 1 small handful of basil leaves
- 1 anchovy
- 1 tbsp olives
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Let’s Cook it!
- Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you have the consistency you want.
- Serve on crisp breads with salad.
